Job description

RR-NJ- -DRIVER #336s

We are looking for Roadrunners to move cars on Monday - Friday.

This is a local driving role - NO CDL REQUIRED - generally driving within 60-mile radius - no over the road or overnight - local daily pickup and delivery of vehicles via drivingย 

As a Transport Driver aka Car Mover, you will:

  • Drive passenger vehicles to and from the auto auctions and nearby dealerships or storage lots.
  • Ride in a company shuttle van with other drivers to and from the pickup and drop-off locations
  • Follow other vehicles or chase van in front of youย 
  • Follow safe driving proceduresย 
  • Scan vehicles with a Smart phone
  • Perform a walk around visual inspection for damage before driving the vehicle
  • Work as part of a team to provide efficient and safe pickup and delivery of vehiclesย ย 

Requirements:

  • 21+ years oldย 
  • Good Driving Record
  • Successful MVR, background and drug test
  • Ability to get in and out of vehicles repeatedly during the dayย 
  • Ability to see clearly near and far, maintain adequate peripheral vision and perceive depth and motion as well as distinguish traffic signals and sounds.ย 
  • Smart Phone

Schedule: Monday - Friday ย 

Pay Rate

$17 per Hour ย 
ย 

*Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time for check-in and security procedures
