Location: Jacksonville, FL
Employment Type: Part-time, 32 hours a week for 6 months starting in January 2027
Hybrid Role: 70% remote, 30% onsite

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Lead to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in driving change initiatives and ensuring successful adoption across our organization. Your expertise in change management will be crucial in guiding our teams through the transformation process and fostering a culture of adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Nimble team and our way of working with clients and vendors (we will onboard you)
  • Be onsite as needed as a local representative of the Nimble scope of work
  • Anticipate risks or dependencies and create appropriate mitigations and options for decision-making by the client
  • Weekly communication reports including any escalation of issues or risks to Nimble Account Lead
  • Conduct organizational assessments (as needed)
  • Stakeholder identification and impact assessment by role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Develop case for change
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the tools and skills needed to navigate changes.
  • Facilitate communications and transparent dialogue among teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Recommend adoption metrics based on the client goals, change impact analyses, and the ability to measure effectively
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help reinforce the impact of change initiatives.
  • Create a transition plan for ensuing phases of the project for client ownership

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Change Management Lead or similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Change Lead, 3 of which serving as an external contractor
  • Change management experience with large-scale ERP/technology rollouts. Preference to the utility sector or GIS technology experience or similar enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S/4 Hana).
  • Able to use remote access and client tools effectively within the first few weeks (Citrix, VPN)
  • Application of change management principles, methodologies, and tools across represented (union) coworkers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office presence.
  • Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to provide 2 different client references as a Change Lead as part of the interview process

Client Project Responsibilities:
  • Quickly understand Nimble scope and client vision and goals.
  • Support leaders in identifying and onboarding data and technology Subject Matter Experts for workshops by commodity, function, and relevant process touchpoints.
  • Help connect the dots between technology users by business function and process touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for new processes and technologies.
  • Create concise communications, presentations, surveys, and updates for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Create and maintain a project SharePoint site, use digital collaboration tools, and manage tasks in JIRA.
  • Create and launch surveys using client-appropriate tools (e.g., MS Forms, Mentimeter, Teams polls, etc.)
  • Co-facilitate workshops, introducing innovation as needed.
  • Design and Deliver Roadshows or "summits" on key changes to come
  • Establish, track, and report change metrics to leadership.
  • Conduct surveys, monitor meetings, and manage change management metrics.
  • Coach and support leaders to guide their teams through change.
