Job description

Part-Time Spanish Teacher (Contractual) - Montessori Primary Classroom
We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Spanish Teacher to join our Montessori Primary program for the remainder of the 2025-2026 academic year. This is a part-time, contractual position beginning immediately.
Schedule:
  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • 10-month position (aligned with the academic calendar)

Position Overview:
The Spanish Teacher will lead developmentally appropriate language experiences for young children in a Montessori primary classroom (ages 3-6). The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and a love of working with children while fostering early language development through songs, movement, conversation, and hands-on activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons aligned with Montessori principles
  • Introduce vocabulary and cultural elements in meaningful, age-appropriate ways
  • Maintain a calm, respectful classroom presence
  • Work independently while collaborating with classroom staff as needed
  • Establish positive relationships with students and staff
