Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all resort facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently and safely.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
