At Atlantic Emergency Solutions, our Parts Specialists play a critical role in keeping our Service Centers running smoothly. You support the technicians who keep fire trucks and ambulances ready for the communities they serve. You get stable hours, a Monday through Friday schedule, and the opportunity to work in a clean, organized environment where your attention to detail truly matters. Schedule:

  • Part-time within operating hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • No rotating shifts
  • Paid holidays, no waiting period


Work Environment:

  • Springboro, OH
  • Primary work environment is an indoor service and maintenance shop, with occasional interaction in the shop area as needed
  • Fast paced Service Center supporting emergency vehicles


Key Job Duties:

  • Oversee administrative functions including answering phones, greeting customers, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and processing credit card payments
  • Update and complete required reports including Salesforce, CDL tracking, company credit card reconciliation, and reimbursement submissions
  • Process payroll for the assigned location by correcting errors associated with CDK technician time reports
  • Create repair orders with appropriate task lines of repair
  • Create parts quotes and estimates for needed repairs
  • Identify and research requested parts and create purchase orders to obtain required components
  • Receive stock, pick, ship, and return items while overseeing the Service Center’s overall inventory
  • Process all parts invoices and credits within CDK and forward pre-invoiced items weekly to Accounting for payment
  • Perform cycle counts of inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Pre-invoice internal and external customer work orders within CDK to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe parts room
Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative, service, or parts role, preferably in a dealership or heavy duty environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with CDK or similar service management systems preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
