Summary:

The Seasonal Line Cook position gives the applicant the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team in a fun, fast paced environment. As a Line Cook you will be a pivotal team member supporting our restaurant and banquet event services.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, assemble, and execute menu items for dine-in, take-out, banquets, and plated service
  • Operate kitchen equipment including grill, flattop, fryers, and pizza ovens
  • Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, especially during service
  • Follow recipes, prep sheets, kitchen manuals, and established procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen; complete daily cleaning and equipment logs
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying product quality and quantities
  • Manage inventory through proper stock rotation, storage, and temperature control
  • Work safely and efficiently to ensure consistent food quality and cost control
  • Communicate professionally with the Food & Beverage team
  • Complete opening and closing checklists as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a line cook (1-2 years preferred)
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills
  • Available to work flexible shifts
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
