LEGAL SECRETARY

Eccleston & Wolf, P.C., is an AV rated litigation law firm with offices in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia, whose attorneys, for nearly four decades, have represented clients in a myriad of practice areas, with a focus on all aspects of insurance-defense litigation, attorney grievance matters and Professional malpractice defense.

The Maryland office of Eccleston & Wolf, P.C. has openings for a Full-time w/benefits or a part time in office Legal Secretary who will provide administrative support to attorneys. The ideal candidate can multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent word processing and transcription skills are preferred. Litigation experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word are essential. Ability to answer a switchboard phone system. Minimum typing speed of 60-65 wpm required. Must be a team player and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
