We are hiring a Senior Sales Associate to support our expansion by driving outbound business development and recruiting top commercial real estate brokers. This role is ideal for someone who is high-energy, confident on the phone, and motivated by performance-based income. You will be responsible for identifying talent, initiating conversations, and helping bring new brokers onto our platform.
