Employment Type: Full-Time


Compensation Structure:  $21 - $23 DOE;  Leasing commissions, plus bonus potential (annually and per quarter)


Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

What You'll Do


The Leasing Manager leads the property's leasing operations and drives the team toward achieving occupancy and revenue goals. This role oversees the full leasing process, manages marketing and outreach strategies, and ensures prospective and current residents receive outstanding service, all while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and develop the Leasing Team, including monitoring performance on lead management and follow-up standards.
  • Conduct leasing activities through phone, online, and in-person tours, matching prospects with appropriate apartment homes.
  • Oversee the property's social media presence, digital marketing efforts, and outreach to local universities and student organizations.
  • Perform regular audits of lease files and review marketing channels, pricing, and property management software for accuracy.
  • Analyze market demographics, conduct weekly market surveys, and collaborate with the Property Manager on the property's marketing plan.


What You Bring

  •  High school diploma or GED required
  •  2-3 years of property management or leasing experience required
  •  1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience required
  •  Proven track record in sales and leasing performance required
