Job description

We are seeking a driven Part Time Leasing Agent with experience in property management to join our team!

$18 per hour
Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid time off and more!

Responsibilities

  • Market our fast-growing Apartment Homes.
  • Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
  • Facilitate lease signings
  • Host open houses and other community events
  • Uphold community policies and procedures
  • Verify and approve all prospective applicants following all fair housing laws
  • Upkeep of the community grounds and apartment interior

Qualifications:

  • Lease experience preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields a plus
  • Affordable housing experience preferred
  • Rural Development experience preferred
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with residents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to work some Saturdays.
