To thrive in a Part Time Leadership Development role, you need a solid background in leadership principles, facilitation skills, and experience in mentoring or coaching, often supported by a degree in business, HR, or a related field. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual collaboration tools, and leadership assessment instruments is typically required. To prepare, candidates should develop strong time management strategies and be ready to engage actively in virtual or in-person sessions to maximize learning and relationship-building opportunities.
