Job Description:
Palmer’s Lawn Care Inc. is looking for an experienced part-time mechanic to help maintain and repair our fleet and equipment.
This position is ideal for someone retired or semi-retired looking for flexible part-time work. We are seeking someone dependable who can work independently and help keep our equipment operating efficiently.
Our fleet includes newer trucks, trailers, commercial lawn equipment, snow plows, and other landscape equipment.
Responsibilities
  •  Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, mowers, plows, and equipment 
  •  Complete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime 
  •  Diagnose issues and complete repairs accurately and efficiently 
  •  Order parts needed for repairs 
  •  Maintain repair and maintenance records 
  •  Help keep equipment organized and service-ready 
Requirements
  •  Minimum 3 years mechanic experience required 
  •  Experience with trucks, trailers, and small engine equipment preferred 
  •  Ability to work independently with little supervision 
  •  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  •  Valid driver’s license preferred 
  •  ASE Certification preferred
