Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. (Last year over 1,100 staff members celebrated their fifth season or more at Deer Valley).

PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Guest Services Agent is responsible for ensur ing guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at Deer Valley Club .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Check guests and owners in and out of Deer Valley Club

  • Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out for guests and owners

  • Cover front desk during scheduled shift

  • Answer the phones in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate

  • Post folio charges, perform folio reconciliation, and create shift reports

  • Assist with owner and guest requests and proactively solve guest problems

  • Concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities

  • Drive guests locally in the company vehicle

  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure

  • Assist with carrying guest luggage, firewood, and packages

  • Create and distribute updated schedules of recreational activities, local events, restaurant hours, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of Deer Valley and the Park City area preferred

  • Must be able to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.

  • Hold a valid U.S. driverโ€™s license and be able to drive company and owner vehicles

PAY RATE:
  • $20.00 per hour
