View Point Health's Human Resources/Engagement team is seeking a communications professional to drive internal communications and employer branding initiatives across the agency in support of HR and business goals in support of all team members. As a strategic partner reporting to human resources senior leadership the internal communications specialist will lead the execution of high-impact communications strategies, champion innovative engagement experiences, and serve as a communications partner to departments/teams.
This position will play a pivotal part in shaping organizational transparency, strengthening the View Point Health employer brand, and cultivating a culture of positive and timely communication to strengthen collaboration across the agency for all departments and View Point Health team members. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven to join our HR Engagement team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company mission and values.
  • Lead the development and delivery of impactful communications and storytelling for team members, leveraging editorial standards and communications best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate communications campaigns that align with business objectives, support the organization's culture, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Lead content creation (written and visual) for all internal communications channels.
  • Craft engaging content to include newsletters, emails, intranet, and more, ensuring governance, consistency, and quality across platforms for team members.
  • Collaborate with engagement team for team member engagement activities, and post-event analysis.
  • Manage internal communications calendars, tracking metrics and gathering insights to optimize communication effectiveness and channel performance.
  • Partner with talent acquisition, marketing, and various other departments to advance employer branding solutions, ensuring digital channels and internal/communications are competitive, engaging, impactful, and reflective of organization and culture.
  • Manage external agencies, creative partners and vendors to support business needs.
  • Champion cohesive brand content, voice, and design in all HR communications, driving uniform messaging and brand integrity for consistent team member engagement and experience.
  • Support employer branding communications and integration opportunities that embed culture, strengthen team member satisfaction and advocacy, and attract high-caliber diverse talent.
  • Manage multiple complex projects, providing direction, prioritization, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with marketing, leadership, and program teams to support organizational goals and change initiatives.
  • Support change management with clear, timely communication ongoing, during transitions and special projects while providing communication that team members can depend on and trust.
  • Measure and improve communication effectiveness using data and feedback.
  • Execute impeccable timing and planning to consistently provide quality work while meeting necessary deadlines as dictated by department, project, and company/business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of communications or job-related experience.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing internal team member communications campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional composition, writing, and editing skills; mastery of grammar, punctuation, and business writing style guidelines; proven ability to convey clear, compelling messaging.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling employer branding strategies and internal communications across segments.
  • Experience creating presentations, graphics, videos, and internal team member communication pieces that inform and engage diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of social media and digital industry trends; ability to develop and maintain an employer brand presence across company channels.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage social and communications data to drive change and demonstrate ROI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing solutions, and other relevant software.
  • Proven relationship builder with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong dedication to results with the flexibility and willingness to work as needed beyond normal business hours to ensure completion and execution of communication projects as/when business needs dictate.

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry and/or a Behavioral Health agency.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing metrics for engagement/team member initiatives.
  • Experience managing content for various internal channels (email, video, intranet).
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring and improving communication effectiveness.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage social and communications data to drive change and demonstrate ROI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing solutions, and other relevant software.
  • Proven relationship builder with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Video production skills a plus.

Requirements/Competencies:
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
  • Requires long periods of sitting/standing.
  • Must have valid Georgia driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.
