POSITION SUMMARY

This role plays a key part in maintaining the flow of daily operations at City Armory by supporting customer interactions, communication, and shop organization. The position ensures customers receive a professional, informative, and welcoming experience, while allowing the team to remain focused on delivering high-quality work.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

·       Greet customers with a confident, professional, and welcoming presence

·       Engage customers in an informative, non-sales-driven manner

·       Ensure each interaction leaves the customer confident and satisfied

COMMUNICATION & PHONES

·       Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

·       Provide accurate information on services and products

·       Escalate technical questions appropriately

SHOP ORGANIZATION

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment

·       Support shop readiness and presentation standards

SERVICE INTAKE

·       Assist with intake of customer items

·       Document customer and service information accurately

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       High attention to detail

·       Reliable and professional work ethic

·       Interest in firearms preferred

 

SCHEDULE

·       Approx. 10 to 12 hours per week

·       Mon/Tues/Thurs: 1:00–3:30 PM

·       Saturday: 1:00–5:00 PM
