Concierge - Part-Time
Location: Glacier Hills, Ann Arbor, MI

Are you dependable, calm under pressure, and enjoy helping others? Glacier Hills is looking for a Concierge to be a welcoming and reliable presence in our community during the midnight shift.

Schedule & Benefits:

  • Part-time, 6pm-2am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors after hours
  • Answer and direct calls, respond to inquiries, and relay important messages
  • Monitor building access and maintain key control for common areas
  • Facilitate after-hours maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Enter and track work orders in the Worxhub system
  • Post resident notices and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Conduct nightly checks of entrances, doors, and common areas
  • Respond to emergencies using our Emergency Broadcast system
  • Maintain emergency contact lists and assist during critical events
