  • Consult with members to identify their insurance needs.
  • Recommend personalized auto insurance solutions.
  • Convert company-generated opportunities into new policies.
  • Conduct insurance reviews to identify additional coverage opportunities.
  • Deliver an exceptional member experience from first conversation through policy binding.
  • Follow up using our CRM and sales technology.
  • Meet individual production and service goals.
  • Partner with Marketing, Member Services, and Enrollment teams.
QualificationsRequired
  • Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
  • One or more years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, retail sales, or inside sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales technology
Preferred
  • Florida 2-20 Property amp; Casualty License
  • Auto insurance sales experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience in a high-volume sales environment
