Med Tech - Memory Care (Part-Time, Weekend)


Grand Villa of Palm Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Weekend Med Tech to join our memory care team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while working in a supportive and caring environment. If you are passionate about providing quality care and have experience working with individuals with memory impairments, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications to residents in accordance with physicianโ€™s orders and facility policies

- Monitor residents for any changes in health status and report findings to nursing staff

- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as needed

- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care

- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents with memory impairments

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Follow all safety and infection control protocols


Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification or equivalent required
