You'll work alongside a Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where infants can explore, learn, and reach important developmental milestones.


No previous childcare experience required! If you're passionate about working with children, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you'll help create a warm and engaging classroom where infants feel safe, supported, and excited to explore their world.

You'll:

  • Assist the Lead Teacher with the daily care and supervision of infants and toddlers
  • Build positive and caring relationships with children
  • Engage children through music, books, sensory activities, movement, and play
  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
  • Help maintain consistent routines for feeding, naps, and classroom activities
  • Prepare bottles and follow proper feeding, food storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Change diapers and support age-appropriate toileting routines
  • Closely supervise children and help maintain a safe classroom
  • Document daily activities and communicate updates with families through the center's communication app
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide quality care and learning experiences
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom


What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience to join our team. We're looking for someone who is:

  • At least 16 years old
  • Caring, patient, and dependable
  • Interested in infant development and early childhood education
  • Positive and comfortable working as part of a team
  • Organized and attentive to children's needs
  • A strong communicator
  • Willing to learn and complete required Montana licensing training
  • CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)


Previous childcare experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training!
