About the Role (PART-TIME)

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused On-Site HR & Recruiting Representative to help connect great people with great opportunities. In this role, you'll support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and client partnerships while gaining hands-on experience in staffing and human resources.

What You'll Do

Recruit & Hire Great Talent

  • Support the full recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Post jobs, review applications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs

Support Employees & Clients

  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for employee questions and support needs
  • Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding activities
  • Help maintain positive employee relations and support workplace engagement
  • Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and candidates through responsive service
  • Travel to client locations as needed to provide on-site support

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in HR and recruiting systems
  • Coordinate onboarding paperwork, background checks, and compliance requirements
  • Help ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and employment regulations
  • Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects as needed

Collaborate & Grow

  • Track recruiting activity and share hiring updates with stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and create a better candidate and employee experience

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, HR, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HR and recruiting software
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations as needed
  • Bilingual Spanish, Arabic or French is a plus
