Your Purpose as a Receptionist:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed.
  • Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
  • Communicates with guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
  • Scheduling appointments for the Service Department, ensuring the most personalized guest experience possible.
  • Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service.
  • Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls.
  • Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing customer retention by using multiple forms of communication.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
