DAY-TO-DAY

This part-time position typically works the graveyard shift on two weekend nights a week.

As a Hotel Front Desk Receptionist - Night Auditor, you are the face of hospitality during the graveyard shift! You enthusiastically assist guests at the front desk as they arrive and during their stay. Hospitality-driven, you ensure they receive world-class service at check-in and upon check-out. If a guest comes to you with a complaint or concern, you're quick to provide resolutions. Always meticulous, you lead the charge in closing out the financial business day. You run the night audit to ensure that our books are in order.

The front desk area is always kept clean and organized under your care. A natural leader, you're comfortable acting as the overnight manager on duty. You carefully follow the daily checklist to ensure everything is taken care of. You love meeting new people, which makes you perfect for this overnight position!
