Job description

The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate personal care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses in homes or care facilities. Works under the supervision of a Client Care Mangers to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and comfort measures.
  • Take and report vital signs and changes in patient status.
  • Maintain clean, safe environments and follow infection control practices.
  • Offer emotional support to patients and families.
  • Document care and communicate with the RN and care team.

Qualifications:
  • Active state CNA certification.
  • Reliable transportation for home visits.
  • 1 year of Hospice or home care experience
