Job Summary
We are seeking a Doorman who will serve as the face of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests while ensuring the safety and security of the premises. This role is expected to be courteous and professional at all times. We are looking for part-time help on Friday-Saturday evening/nights, with occasional extra shifts available, depending on business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check all ID's of incoming guests and help identify potential issues early
  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises by identifying and addressing any security threats and issues
  • Provide assistance to guests as needed
  • Report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities
  • Keep the premises clean and tidy
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service-related role preferred
  • Working knowledge of local alcohol laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a background check
