Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are a small, family-owned business based in Elkhart, IN, looking for a dedicated and skilled Pool Construction to join our team. As a close-knit business, we pride ourselves on offering personal, high-quality service to our clients. Do you enjoy working outdoors?!

We are looking for full or part time help doing pool installs. Key Responsibilities: Clean work site, collect & dispose of rubble trash & debris. Dig ditches, hand bore under driveways & sidewalks.

Assist with mixing, pouring & placing concrete. Help construction laborers by performing duties of lesser skill. Load/unload necessary equipment and supplies for job.

Build the structure of the pool using materials Install equipment such as pumps, heaters, and filters. Build a concrete deck around the pool. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds If you have a passion for customer service and a commitment to quality workmanship, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
