ISI® Elite Training - Owings Mills, MD, 10200 Grand Central Ave, #107, Owings Mills, MD 21117 is looking for a part time, or full time, fitness front desk sales associate (sales lead) who loves to compete and win as a team. The SALES LEAD will spread the word about our options and solutions to achieve members’ fitness goals. You are motivated and driven to embody the values of:

At ISI® Elite Training, you will raise awareness of our high energy facility, and build relationships with members and the community in order to help create a strong member base. You will be responsible for making sure our member experience is always first class.


Responsibilities & Job Duties of a Sales Lead:

  • Deliver and smash membership sales goals
  • Consistently, create a welcoming and engaging initial, first moment experience for our member
  • Educate prospective members to our dynamic workout solutions for their needs
  • Help current members get the most out of their ISI® membership and achieve their goals
  • Introduce ISI® to, win over, and build relationships with our community
  • Maintains an organized and clean lobby, front desk area
  • Responds immediately to members’ and prospective members’ requests, inquiries and concerns
  • Executes daily facility sales checklists. Accurately follows facilities’ pre/during/post shift activities
  • Support retail sales
  • Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions
  • Conducts telephone inquiries, follow-up calls and member care calls. Maintains accurate records using brand sales systems
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings; and facility team huddles and meetings. Attend all relevant and mandatory training meetings.

Requirements and Qualities in a Sales Lead:

  • High school diploma
  • Outgoing, people person. Energized being around others
  • Excellent customer service skills. Previous sales or customer service experience working in a quota-driven structure highly preferred
  • Demonstrate pattern of increasing responsibilities and impact
  • Responsible. Goal and/or quota delivery achievement
  • Showcase history of thriving in team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
