We are a growing in-home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors and individuals who need support in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Part-Time Recruiter to help attract, hire, and retain exceptional caregivers.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and related staff through job boards, community outreach, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding
  • Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Build relationships with local community organizations and workforce resources
  • Help maintain staffing levels to meet client needs
Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates
  • Experience with caregiving or healthcare staffing is a plus
