We are seeking a compassionate provider to be our go-to person for ensuring the high standards of quality care that we provide and lead the team at our Rehab Hospital Program. This opportunity is full-time or part-time at an Inpatient Rehab Hospital in Green Bay, WI. This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times. You will have APP support to assist with daily documentation. You will experience one of the most collegiate groups of people you will ever work with. Great opportunity for off week rotation. The physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in a patient centered compassionate environment as a part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.</p> <p><span style="background:white"><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="background:white"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in">History and Physical Exams- Examine patients and their medical records, pertinent documents/imaging/labs/test</span></span></li> <li><span style="background:white"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in">Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays
