After teaching the behavioral interventions to your clients, you reinforce follow through and track your findings. You complete all necessary documentation as well as partake in weekly supervision and scheduled training to continuously improve your skills in the field. The work you do is important and is often used to prevent hospitalization and assist a child in transitioning to a lower level of care once they start making progress. You love having a job that makes a difference in the lives of the children and families that you serve, and this is why you thrive in this position in the behavioral health field!
