TheEXTRACORPOREAL RESOUCE NURSE (RN3/ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER)willplay a pivotal role,in coordinationwiththe Program Manager for Dialysis andTransfusion,overseeing the day-to-day operations of extracorporealtherapies, including ECMO,CRRT,HD Dialysis,Transfusion services,ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. Thispositionpromotes operational efficiency, supports hospital-wide educational initiatives, and champions continuous learning tomaintainstaffproficiencyin the latest techniques, protocols, and best clinical practices. By fostering a culture rooted in safety, collaboration, and innovation, thisrole willenhanceteam performance and patient outcomes. The role encompasses both administrative and clinical responsibilities, including staff development, interdisciplinary coordination, and the implementation of quality improvement strategies.
SCHEDULE:
90% FTE (36 hoursper week), Day shift with potential for on-call duties.
LOCATION & WORKING CONDITIONS:
Harborview Medical Center Campus- Seattle, First Hill
Work in a clinical environment with exposure to patients and medical equipment, lifting >10 lbs., ability to push heavy dialysis equipment throughout hospital.
Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiencyin electronic medical records (EMR) systems, Microsoft Office skills.

Pay Range Minimum:
$49.23 hourly
Pay Range Maximum:
$91.22 hourly
Other Compensation:
$1/hour BSN premium
$1/25 hour nursing specialty certification
