  • Limpiar y mantener los baños.
  • Lavar y limpiar ventanas y espejos.
  • Quitar el polvo de muebles y accesorios.
  • Informar al supervisor sobre cualquier condición insegura cuando sea necesario.

    Janitorial Technician

    Level: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

    Position Summary

    The Janitorial Technician is responsible for performing the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of assigned facilities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Clean the interior of buildings, including but not limited to floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls.

    Disinfect frequently used items such as desks, door handles, office equipment, and telephones.

    Empty trash and recycling bins; vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.

    Clean and maintain restrooms.

    Wash and clean windows and mirrors.

    Dust furniture and fixtures.

    Report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor when necessary.

    Understand, follow, and comply with all company policies, procedures, and practices.

    Accurately clock in and out for each assigned cleaning job using the Swept app.

    Education and Experience

    Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.

    Knowledge of safety standards for handling cleaning chemicals.

    Excellent time management skills.

    Strong customer service skills, demonstrating respect and care for client facilities.

    Willingness to be flexible and work additional shifts and days, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

    Communication Skills and Physical Requirements

    Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully at all times.

    Ability to stand continuously for 6 to 8 hours per day.

    Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
