Certified Caregiver – Group Home

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Everlasting Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to adults in a licensed group home setting. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment where both residents and staff can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily care and supervision to residents in accordance with individual service plans
  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and community engagement
  • Document care, behavior notes, and incident reports accurately and timely
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
  • Follow all state regulations, company policies, and licensing requirements
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and management

Requirements

  • Arizona Certified Caregiver License (Required)
  • Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Must show proof of freedom from TB before client contact
  • Provide and maintain current Food Handlers Certification
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (preferred for transport duties)
  • Clear the Department of Economic Security, Department of Aging and Adult Services Central Registry Background Check
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and compassion for individuals with special needs
