Job opportunities are often posted through local agencies or online job boards.

What are some common challenges faced by part-time staff working in group homes, and how can they be managed?

Part-time staff in group homes often face challenges such as adapting quickly to the needs and routines of residents, managing unpredictable situations, and maintaining consistent communication with the full-time team.
