You'll take customer selections, process them quickly and correctly, and help ensure our clients get exactly what they ordered, no mistakes, no surprises. Your attention to detail keeps us a step ahead.What You'll Be Doing: Input and import customer selections into our WBS database within 24-48 hours Record carpet exclusions and request trim estimates for a smoother customer experience Scan and catalog all quote-related documents for easy reference Update entries as changes come in, no outdated info on your watch Double-check every entry to ensure 100% data accuracy Collaborate with your team to hit goals and improve processesWhat We're Looking For: High school diploma required 2+ years of administrative experience is a plus Strong attention to detail, you catch what others miss Great under pressure and deadline-driven environments Solid time management and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency
