Job description

As a Data Entry Associate, you maintain set-ups, changes and needs to basic stock inventory. You play an important role in supporting the company buying process through processing and keying orders with attention to detail.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Uses Excel to sort basic stock set up forms and maintain spreadsheets
  • Input data into the Basic Stock system and Claims Database
  • Approve and update basic stock orders in the computer daily
  • Copy and e-mail completed paperwork to buyers
  • Microsoft Office experience required.
  • This position is located in-office in Davenport, IA and is expected to work 20-25 hours per week.
