Job description

Find your calling at Mercy!Under the direct supervision of the Patient Food Services Manager, the Patient Ambassador provides patient focused support services within a multidisciplinary scope, including food and nutrition services, linen, laundry services, housekeeping, and supply management. The Patient Ambassador operates TUG robots for the delivery and exchange of supplies and patient meals to the nursing unit. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

    • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

    • Interest in learning new skills and growth of your role in the department.
