Job description

About Regenified
Regenified was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture.
Regenified's purpose is to accelerate the adoption of regenerative agriculture by translating data and intelligence into trusted, unified, and common enablers that power a regenerative economy. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and fresh produce.
The Role
We are seeking a Part-time Seasonal Verifier to execute high-integrity verification and certification work across farms, ranches, and supply chains-ensuring producer practices and evidence meet Regenified's standard with accuracy, consistency, and defensibility. This role significant travel time in the field, with the remaining time focused on report reviews, onboarding support, and back-office validation in partnership with the Lead Verifier.
In this role, you will help translate our standards into consistent real-world practice, serving as a trusted partner to producers, internal verification teammates, and cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring they experience clarity, confidence, and high trust throughout their journey with Regenified.
You will be both a hands-on operator and a strategic thinker. Success in this role means building a seamless, high-integrity, scalable experience that supports Regenified's growth while delivering measurable impact to the communities and systems we serve.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct in-field verifications (66%) - Perform on-site assessments through travel to farms and in field locations across mainly North America (66%), validate evidence against the standard, and ensure rigorous, consistent data collection and documentation. Some international travel required. Valid passport required.
  • Coordinate data collection and close gaps - Work with producers and partners to gather missing documentation, resolve discrepancies, and ensure complete evidence packages.
  • Draft and finalize verification reports - Produce clear, defensible reports that accurately reflect findings, scoring, and supporting documentation and present results to farmers.
  • Support report review and QA - Participate in internal reviews and corrective iterations; incorporate Lead Verifier feedback to uphold consistency and "source of truth" expectations.
  • Support onboarding and calibration - Assist with onboarding and training of apprentices and new verifiers; reinforce standard interpretation and field execution quality.
  • Escalate field anomalies and scoring questions - Identify issues early, document clearly, and escalate to the Lead Verifier with proposed paths to resolution.
  • Contribute to operational consistency - Follow field playbooks/checklists and provide feedback that strengthens SOPs, tooling, and training materials.
  • Customer Experience - Deliver an exceptional customer experience to the clients by providing accurate and timely information and acting as a source of knowledge during verification and contacts with customers.
  • Special Projects - Completion of special projects that lead to overall improvement of the quality and/or delivery of the Regenified verification process.
What You'll Bring
  • Mission Alignment: A deep passion for regenerative agriculture and a desire to support the farmers, ranchers, and partners leading this movement.
  • Relevant Expertise: Field credibility across cropping systems and/or livestock systems, with the ability to assess practices, documentation, and outcomes in real-world settings.
  • Functional Strength: 3+ years in auditing, verification, agronomy, conservation, supply chain assurance, or adjacent field-based assessment roles.
  • Builder's Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and enjoys building processes, systems, or teams from the ground up.
  • Operational Excellence: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Google Drive, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Analytical/Strategic Thinking: Able to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear actions.
  • Communication: Ability to explain technical or complex concepts simply, clearly, and with empathy.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team-based delivery model and receiving coaching to improve consistency and quality.
Why You'll Love it Here
  • Make a Difference: Your work will directly contribute to healing our landscapes and building a more resilient and equitable agricultural system.
  • Passionate Team: Work with a best, mission-driven team with a shared, unwavering purpose and drive.
  • High-Impact Ownership: This is not a cog-in-a-wheel job. You will have a high degree of ownership and real scope for innovation.
  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive hourly rate based on relevant experience and skills.
  • Career Growth: We invest in your professional development to help you grow with the company.
