Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a warm, professional manner

Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and basic service requests

Support the team with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day office tasks

Enter and update customer information accurately in agency management system

Follow up with clients to help keep accounts organized and up to date

Route more complex questions to the appropriate team member when needed

Maintain clear records and help keep the office running smoothly

Provide helpful, dependable service that leaves customers feeling positive.

Make phone calls to insurance carriers and underwriting as needed


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email


Organizational skills with careful attention to detail

Ability to learn insurance products, procedures, and systems

Comfortable handling phone calls, scheduling, and customer follow-up

Professional, friendly approach with clients and coworkers

Prior customer service or office experience

Experience working in an insurance office preferred

Familiarity with agency management systems preferred

Willingness to work in a Team environment
