Job description

The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent that aligns with our culture and business goals. As our internal recruiting expert, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, and onboarding coordination.

In a growing organization, this role is highly collaborative and requires creativity, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to recruit across multiple departments. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, improve hiring processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

This is a part-time opportunity with an expected commitment of approximately 4 hours per day. We offer flexibility in scheduling, while asking that you are available to work a full day on occasion to support key recruiting activities and business priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all open positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and job advertisements.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
  • Facilitate interview debriefs and assist hiring managers with candidate evaluations.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers.
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline of future talent.
  • Deeply understand each unique role within the various departments
  • Advise managers on recruiting best practices.
  • Coach interviewers on behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Ensure hiring decisions align with company culture and competency requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and market conditions.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring regulations.
  • Partner with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience on new hire paperwork and pre-employment requirements.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); and two to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience recruiting for multiple functions and levels.
    • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance.
