Glee Music Academy is seeking a fun and professional part-time front desk staff member to help administer our music school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Glee Music Academy is a busy music school in Lake Forest, CA. This is a challenging position the requires you to be a fast typist, self-driven, personable, punctual, a great multitasker and engaging. This is an in-person position and is made for the person that wants to be in the middle of the action. Hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-8:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Registering new clients
  • Client scheduling
  • Client billing
  • Teacher scheduling
  • Answer calls & emails
  • Daily Schedule Revision
  • Reception, During Teaching Hours
    • Greet clients and make sure students find their correct teacher
    • Answer phone calls and emails regarding current and new student scheduling
  • Help assist in planning recitals and other events
  • Social Media
    • Create and post Instagram and Facebook content
    • Posting on Google business
  • General administrative tasks as needed

    The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset. Previous experience in customer service required.
