Prestonwood Country Club is now hiring Front Desk Attendant to join our Fitness Center team! This is a Part-Time position requiring flexible schedules Monday-Friday for AM (6am-12pm) shift with occasional PM shift (12pm-4:30pm). We are a privately owned and operated country club nestled inside Preston, a premier residential community located in the heart of Cary, NC. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for front desk services maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and guests.
PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Screens members verifying member / guest status
  • Answers telephone, takes messages and transfers calls
  • Directs members to appropriate staff / schedules appointments
  • Answers questions about hours of operation, check in policy, guest fees, swim team and other scheduled events.
  • Rings up sales of merchandise and guest fees.
  • Keeps reception desk neat and clean.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Display excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to provide excellent service to members and guests.
