Dental Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)

Our private office (not a DSO) is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist who is organized, personable, and passionate about delivering an elevated patient experience. As the first point of contact for our practice, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless, and professional environment for every patient who walks through our doors. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a calm, friendly presence who thrives in a patient-centered, fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a polished, welcoming front desk experience.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Answer phones, respond to texts/emails, and handle patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support providers and staff with daily operations and patient flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with client education on services, policies, and pre/post-appointment instructions.

Qualifications:
  • One year of prior dental front desk or receptionist experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable using Dentrix is a plus.
  • Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
