Job Title: CheBA Hut Bartender

CheBA Hut is seeking a skilled and creative Bartender to join our team. As a CheBA Hut Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting unique and refreshing thirst-quenching recipes for our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mixology and has a strong knowledge of bar operations. Bartenders are expected to provide the best possible service and encourage a friendly community vibe. CheBA Hut is open until 2:00AM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities:

- Create unique and delicious cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages for our guests

- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create CheBA atmosphere

Requirements:

Required Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Think “shop first” / customer first
  • Proven experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate integrity
  • Demonstrate self-direction
  • Demonstrate “heads-up”. Keep your head on a swivel and be aware of your surroundings
  • Alcohol Service Safety certifications (ServeSafe, T.I.P.S)
  • Team-oriented attitude

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs (lifting/pushing/pulling inventory/kegs)
  • Stamina to work a 10-hour shift
  • Ability to work under mentally and physically stressful situations
  • Ability to work in team environment with high levels of collaboration
