Position Description: Vola’s Dockside Grill, a hidden gem on Alexandria’s riverfront, offers stunning, unobstructed views of the Potomac River. Our all-day menu features stylishly crafted dishes, including daily selections of market oysters, fresh seafood, and comforting, feel-good dishes highlighting regional ingredients. As a bartender, you will be engaging and attentive to bar guests while providing timely service, quality food and beverages, and ensuring every guest leaves having had an extraordinary experience.Alexandria Restaurant Partners locations include Ada’s on the River, Barca Pier & Wine Bar, Café Tu Tu Tango, Mia’s Italian Kitchen, Palette 22, Theismann’s, The Royal, and Vola’s Dockside Grill & Hi-Tide Lounge.
Position Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:
Knowledgeable food and beverage menus to accurately and confidently answer guests’ questions.
Accurately take orders and ring them into the POS.
Regularly clean, stock, and maintain the bar and related service and guest areas throughout service.
