Position Description: Make Every Shift Run Smoothly. As a Food Runner & Busser, you’ll keep the dining room moving, tables turning, and guests taken care of. Position Responsibilities: Move with urgency — Deliver food quickly and accurately while keeping pace in a high-energy restaurant.Own the details — Match food to the correct table, follow presentation standards, and make sure every plate reaches the guest looking its best.Keep the dining room ready — Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly so guests never have to wait for a clean place to sit.Support the team — Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen team members to keep service flowing.Stay guest-focused — Anticipate needs, respond to requests, and create a welcoming experience with every interaction.Keep it clean and safe — Maintain clean work areas, follow sanitation standards, and handle equipment and dishes safely.Communicate clearly — Listen, respond, and speak up when something needs attention.Stay organized under pressure — Prioritize multiple tasks and keep moving when business picks up.Bring a team-first attitude — Jump in where needed and help the team deliver great service from start to finish.
