By hiring teachers who are kind, flexible, and understanding while being an expert in their discipline we help students stay on track and thrive in a college-preparatory program Join us and support learners in achieving their goals.

As a Part-Time French Teacher at Links Academy, you will design and deliver personalized instruction that meets each student’s unique academic goals. You’ll create engaging, one-on-one lessons that build skills, confidence, and curiosity while fostering a love of learning. Working within a flexible, student-centered environment, you’ll collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure every student experiences growth and success.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • At least two years of teaching experience with middle or high school students

  • Teaching certification preferred but not required

  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for creating meaningful, individualized learning experiences for every student

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver customized instruction tailored to students’ skill levels and learning styles

  • Incorporate real-world applications, projects, and discussions to deepen understanding

  • Track and document student progress using a web-based platform to guide instruction

  • Provide consistent feedback and academic support to promote confidence and achievement
