Part-Time Focus Group Assistant (Multiple Locations – SC)
Derrick Law Firm Injury Lawyers
Locations: Conway, Myrtle Beach, Florence, Columbia, and Greenville, South Carolina

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule:

  • Day sessions: Approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Evening sessions: Approximately 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Part-time / as-needed basis

About the Role

Derrick Law Firm is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with legal focus group sessions across multiple South Carolina locations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and helping coordinate events in a professional environment. College and law school students are encouraged to apply, but all qualified candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of focus group sessions

  • Welcome and check in participants

  • Coordinate materials, seating, and overall logistics

  • Help organize and distribute food and refreshments

  • Collect surveys and ensure all materials are completed and returned

  • Support the Focus Group Coordinator to ensure smooth event execution

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Comfortable interacting with groups of people

  • Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting

  • Reliable transportation to assigned locations

  • Availability for evening sessions required

  • Prior experience in event support, customer service, or administrative work is a plus
