Job description

Come join the Nawa Family

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-time Floor Technician . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional floor care, including hands-on experience operating and maintaining floor-cleaning equipment.

Schedule:

  • Part-time
  • Monday - Friday 5:00PM - 9:00PM

Pay: $17

Responsibilities:

  • Stripping, refinishing floor
  • Scrubbing ceramic tile
  • Burnishing floor
  • Cleaning of carpets / Carpet Extraction
  • Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, removing trash, etc.
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Complete other duties as assigned, for example Window washing (interior and exterior) Power washing

Requirements:

  • Floor care experience plus custodial experience is required.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to clean in a medical setting
  • 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a federal background check with no past or pending criminal charges.
  • Ability to pass a drug test (including for THC)
  • Ability to work efficiently while upholding company's quality standards
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
