Part Time Flex Officer

 $18.00 Per Hour! Must have own reliable vehicle. We are seeking individuals who can commit to 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd shift and be flexible within the weekends to cover available shifts. As an on call flex officer, you train in multiple locations and cover when needed. Schedule changes can be frequent, so as a flex you MUST be able to have open availability, and be able to answer to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change. If you are looking for a job that provides variety and have a positive professional attitude, this is the job for you! Federally recognized holidays are paid time and a half! If you are called in on your day off on the day of - we pay time and a half for short notice.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Driver's License and a good driving record
  • MUST have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to multiple sites.
  • Mileage and time travel pay! 
  • Must be able to obtain WI State Security Officer License
  • Pass background check
  • Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to be professional in all settings, have open communication with Operations Manager and be able to learn quickly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

โ€ข Monitor premises to prevent theft, or infractions of rules

  • Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
  • Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
  • Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
  • Report any facility issues
  • Request emergency personnel for high risk situations if applicable

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Familiarity with security equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be responsible and dependable.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. 
  • Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
  • **Must not have any felonies per Wisconsin DSPS Private Security License requirements.
