Job description

Join our team as a Financial Analyst at our Cary, NC plant, where you'll play a key role in driving operational efficiencies, identifying growth opportunities, and developing cost-saving strategies. This on-site position involves collaborating closely with four other members of the Finance team. At Kellanova, we embrace fresh perspectives and strategic thinking across all departments, and this role is uniquely positioned to innovate and partner with business stakeholders to implement impactful strategies.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
  • Analyzing Complex Data: Conduct in-depth financial analyses and create models to support decision-making within the Supply Chain Finance team, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Driving Partnerships, Profits, Plans, and Process: Collaborate with procurement management to achieve financial goals, monitor key performance indicators, and develop solutions for executional excellence. Some of the indicators you will be monitoring and reporting on are overhead, cash flow, cost savings, and cost avoidance.
  • Managing Ad-Hoc Reporting and Projects: Lead project execution, track key deadlines, month end closing responsibility, physical inventory, identify opportunities and risks, and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests, emphasizing strong communication and collaboration.
  • Advising Key Budget Processes: Recommend budget updates and forecasts, identify gaps, and ensure accurate monthly financial reporting, fostering an owner's mindset within the Supply Chain Finance team.

We're Looking for Someone With
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field and/or significant related work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Proficiency with SAP.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
  • Practical experience understanding the link between business issues, profit and loss, and cash flow.

Compensation
The annual salary range is $58,870 - $88,305, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
