Job Title: Graduate Assistant - Imaginarium (Part-Time)

Reporting Relationship: Director of Operations & Project Management

Unit: IWU-Marion

Department: School of Theology & Ministry-IWU Marion

Campus Location: Noggle Christian Ministries, Marion, IN

Summary of Position:    The GA Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing project support to various initiatives and staff in the Imaginarium. This position requires strong skills in organization and hospitality.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including filing, typing, copying, setting up appointments, travel arrangements and taking messages
  • Maintain program database as needed
  • Help organize/plan and participate in grant-related activities 
  • Assist in curation, production and distribution of resources boxes 
  • Oversee program and staff supplies, needs, etc. 

Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of ministry is preferred

Experience

  • Event planning and administrative experience required. Ministerial experience in the local church preferred
